The moralresponsibility of the micro blogging is the responsibilities that are taken by people (includingindividual, social) with a certain freedom and power to the responsibility. They are voluntarilyto fulfill certain responsibilities for others, society and nature based on certain materialinterests and moral awareness, evaluation standards moral responsibility on the microblog.And they also have to take the responsibilities for the consequences which are harmful toothers and society and are resulted by their behaviors as a result of behavioral.
