Design And Implementation Of Multi-meter-in-one Automatic Reading Power Information Acquisition System Based On Broadband PLC

With the increasing demand for intelligent management of energy,the traditional meter reading method is not adapted to the progress and development of todays society.It is the first step to realize the mobile payment and energy management to realize the remote collection of energy metering devices.For this reason,the State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC)began to arrange the Multi-meter-in-one automatic reading project since 2015.In 2016,the NDRC Energy Bureau issued <Guiding opinions on promoting the development of smart energy Internet plus >,which supporting the Multi-meter-in-one automatic reading project.The topic of this thesis is derived from this,the main work of this thesis is as below:First of all,By analyse the electricity acquisition information collection system,and the main composition methods of the metering and local communication in the collection layer of the electricity acquisition information collection system.Analyze and discuss the key technologies adopted in the Multi-meter-in-one automatic reading.Secondly,based on the actual needs of the site,through the analysis of the power acquisition information system composition structure,electricity meter and water vapor meter collection methods,etc.,two kinds of solutions to realize the purpose were proposed,and the contents of the plan were refined.,proposed to increase the interface converter and other specific implementation measures.Lastly,the selection of the data interface converter is introduced.Introduced the aspects of host sending and receiving.realized the broadband PLC acquisition technology,and the active reporting function of power failure event is designed and realized.Through the above plan,on-site construction and verification was carried out in Tianjin Quanyun Village.Detailed description of the construction of each block was carried out,and through a series operation achieves the Multi-meter-in-one automatic reading acquisition effect and have achieved the expected goals.Through the project of Tianjin Quanyun Village,proved the feasibility of multi-meter-in-one acquisition work,a model of comprehensive energy utilization under the energy Internet has been built.To further realize the charge of public meter reading and the management of intelligent automation.It has far-reaching significance for supporting smart city construction,reducing redundant construction and waste,and improving enterprise efficiency.
