From domestic three carriers(such as China mobile,China telecom,China unicom)operations,their respective business system for the management of the process plays a vital role.Daily online system,the deployment of new applications or new business,satisfy the customer's various needs of the business,for business promotion,business department at the same time,also makes the business system ability improved,more obvious advantage.At present,the fast on-line increased new Business,new equipment,the China mobile Business supporting network Operation Management system referred to as "BOMC(Business Operation Management Cente)of the increasingly large scale,increasing the complexity of the system architecture,operational difficulty increases constantly too,so much so that a hard fault location,the use of system resources evaluation,process is multifarious,thus greatly influenced the customer's perception.China mobile business supporting network expanding into information age,the development of new online business or application requirements,meet the demand of various functions at the same time also must satisfy the user's nonfunctional requirements(NFRs).Based on the quality model of ISO/IEC 9126 and the problems in the subsequent operation and maintenance of China mobile service network,this paper proposes an index model and designs a standardized BOMC NFRs index.At the same time,according to China mobile business supporting network characteristics and the existing conditions,combining with the China mobile business supporting network index of nonfunctional requirements is designed and implemented a service-oriented with innovative BOMC NFRs management system.BOMC NFRs management system during the development phase,in view of the application of new equipment,new online may influence on production environment,including the impact on system performance,the system architecture,the fault location and the customer perception of evaluation in advance for new applications or new business subsequent stable operation flow and process.The following functions are accomplished by combining the non-functional requirements indicators proposed by the index model: 1.The functional framework and interface functions of index management in BOMC NFRs management system.2,this paper USES the technology to encapsulate the servlet AppFrame framework,all the servlets to access the abstract into the business,in business with specific services,business logic using Configtool auxiliary tools specific format statement interface,connect to the database.Besides using ComFrame commercial process control engine,USES AppFrame studio draw the flow chart of non-functional requirements related information management system,combined with the background code and BOMC NFRs index achieve BOMC NFRs operations management system of process design.3,the non-functional requirements after the programming to realize information management system for functional testing,to ensure the system's performance is good,can meet the demands of online and role in supporting network system configuration path and resources,perform the corresponding SQL will be online.This design will lead to more high quality and satisfactory service to the user,and make the China mobile business supporting network operation management system better stability,scientific,effectively improve the efficiency of the mobile communication operation enterprise office,on the whole to improve the mobile communications companies operating enterprise information management level of modernization and automation level.
