The wind and water supply system of the coal mine is an important part of the coal mineproduction safety, and is an essential tool in the coal mine safety production run, for the wind andwater supply system is known as the coal mine "lifeline". Wind and water pipeline leakage is acommon phenomenon in the wind and water supply system, leakage is not only a waste of valuableresources and causing huge economic losses to the enterprise, but also affect the life safety of coalmine production safety as well as underground coal miners. With the expansion of the scale of coalproduction, the underground the wind and water pipeline network also becomes very large, is quiteinconvenient for coal mine problems the wind and water pipeline maintenance. Currently, the windand water pipeline of real-time monitoring and maintenance of the pipeline inconvenient for the twomajor problems in the the wind and water supply system, and therefore, we propose to solve these twoproblems by building underground wind and water monitoring system, wind and water monitoringsystem through the underground tunnel key the node mounting pressure and flow sensor to solve thereal-time monitoring problems, maintenance inconvenient problem solve pipeline valve installed inthe underground roadway key node.Substation for the wind and water supply monitoring system as the main object of study, themicroprocessor S3C2440ARM920T core control chip as a substation, via an external controllerinterface controlling Ethernet chip TCP/IP communication, via SPI Interface Control CAN controllerCAN communication, the Linux operating system and migrate the entire design with high reliability.The substation has two effects: First, connect downhole monitoring node to complete the task ofmonitoring and control; Second, with an embedded gateway function to complete the conversion ofthe CAN and Ethernet. Downhole monitoring node sensor and intelligent valve controller integration,the role of the main two: first, the collection of the underground the wind and water pipeline pressureand flow data, and the valve working condition; second, receiving substation command parsescommand, and the command sent to the valve controller, control valve by valve controller to do theappropriate action.The experiments prove that the substation fully meeting the system requirements, and theyworked high reliability, low cost and strong features.
