Design And Implementation Of Administrative Agency(Business) Unit Online Education School

In order to promote the information level of the unit and improve the scientific and standardized of the administrative staff examination.this paper develops a set of e-learning schools which is suitable for administrators,it can provide civil servants with convenient and personalized training and examination environment by using advanced computer technology,which can improve the quality of civil servant training while reducing examination preparation.This paper firstly analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the E-learning classroom and analyzes the system requirements from three aspects: functional requirements non-functional requirements and system objectives.The system is divided into identity authentication,system management,training materials Management,notices,my collection,paper management and performance management module,focusing on solving the online education classroom training materials management,test paper management and examination results management and other key problems in the training materials management module,rational and effective integration In order to increase the fairness of the civil service examinations,the authors put forward a solution to the problem of the item bank,and randomly select the questions in the question bank,so as to avoid the same problem of civil service examination papers.Evaluation of the paper is divided into subjective and objective questions,the objective evaluation of the problem,is to use and reference answers to the way.After the ICTCLAS was used to segment the subjective questions,the TFIDF similarity evaluation method was used to calculate the similarity between the answer and the standard answer,and the evaluation scores were given.This evaluation method can greatly reduce the workload of the discipline inspection staff and improve the work efficiency of the discipline inspection staff.
