With the rocketing development of science and technology,radio technology is gradually applied to all aspects of society.In particular,various large-scale political,economic and sports events and cultural exchange activities abroad and at home are held,involving various radio communications such as communications,security and media broadcasts business.What's more,with a large number of urgent needs,the use of the process allowing no interference,spectrum management of major activities has become an important work of our frequency management department.As the traditional management mode completes the management of spectrum,stations and equipment at the event site through manual filling of various forms and lacks effective information system support,it is difficult to achieve rapid transaction flow and information in the fields of licensing approval,emergency disruption handling and the like Exchange and sharing have been far from being able to meet the traffic demand of major modern events.Therefore,we develop a major activity spectrum management system,which can improve the efficiency of frequency management in major events and greatly improve the frequency analysis and processing capabilities,which provides a sufficient and reliable basis for the frequency management department.Consequently,it improves the efficiency and security of spectrum protection.From the perspective of the composition of electromagnetic environment,the characteristics of the electromagnetic spectrum resources and the characteristic parameters of the electromagnetic environment,this paper analyzes the possible interference channels in the electromagnetic environment,designs and determines the interference analysis model,and provides the theory for the development of the major activities of the frequency management system platform Secondly,based on the investigation of the general requirements of the major activities of the spectrum management system,we designed the flow and framework of the management of the major activities and the core modules of the spectrum management,frequency management and detection management.;Again according to the major activities in the frequency needs of the collection and aggregation,frequency protection,resource maintenance,monitoring data management,frequency requirements analysis and assignment,the function of letters and other functions designed database and internal and external interfaces;and finally from the system architecture And business processes.The design of the spectrum management system software has been completed based on the functions of spectrum resources,frequency requirements,monitoring data management,frequency assignment,correspondence management,duty management and common tools.After the final examination of Zhangye International General Aviation Conference,the system designed in this paper improves the efficiency of frequency management in major activities,resolves the problems of manual frequency analysis and frequency secondary assignment error-prone and improves the frequency analysis and processing capabilities,provides a full and reliable basis for the frequency management department.Through the use of the system,functional departments can be freed from complicated work,so that they have the time and energy to engage in creative work and analysis,improve the management of frequency planning and further improve the service level.This design can provide the basis for the frequency department to plan the frequency resources and improve the efficiency of the frequency assignments of the frequency management departments in the major activities in order to guarantee the success of major activities.
