Design And Implementation Of HF Frequency Assistant Decision-making System Software

On the basis of "HF frequency assistant decision-making System Development"project, the main task of this thesis is to design and achieve HF frequency assistantdecision-making system software．With the software, the information of frequencydetected of HF frequency automatic selection communication system and the duty ofHF communication equipment can be analyzed scientifically and managed effectively.This software consists of the analysis and management of HF frequency module,the management of duty of HF communication equipment module. And the analysis andmanagement of HF frequency module is responsible for the statistics of frequency usedin actual communication; with the algorithm of HF frequency prediction, the forecastand assignment of HF frequency can be achieved. The responsibility of the managementof duty of HF communication equipment module is to achieve the statistics of frequency,which can be used, and communication; and to analyze operating state and duty of HFcommunication equipment.This software is designed and achieved in this thesis. And it has been tested andvalidated.
