Along with the rapid development of the wireless communication. How to adopt optimized frequency assignment technology to improve the spectrum efficiency has been a main problem in the battlefield spectrum management. In the military wireless communication, the electromagnetic environment had become very complex on the modern battlefield. The inefficient frequency planning maybe results massive interference or losing capability of operation. To guarantee the command of the army in gear, and win the modern war, we must ensure the wireless chain of command to run in gear. Therefore, spectrum management is critical for modern information war.In this paper, several frequency assignment schemes are studied and analyzed, the main work of the paper includes:1.The limitative factors on frequency assignment are studied and the mathematics models for frequency assignment are created. The calculation results of interference analysis are introduced the procedure of frequency assignment.2.The genetic algorithms is introduced to realize the optimization of frequency allocation. The performance of GA algorithms is also analyzed in this paper.3.The simulated anneal algorithm and it's manipulation and design are studied, it is applied in frequency assignment.4. The genetic algorithm and the simulated anneal algorithm are combined to apply in frequency assignment. The performances of GA, SA, GASA are compared.5.The taboos search algorithm and its application in frequency allocation are also studied.This paper is to take GSM as an example, the interference in the network is analyzed and studied, the mathematics model for frequency allocating with using the interference information in the network is created, and through studying the genetic algorithms, simulated anneal algorithm research and taboos search algorithm, combining the characteristics of the frequency allocation, and use of these optimization algorithms to resolve the frequency allocation problem. It has guidance meaning to the mobile communication network construction and the management of radio frequency communications in the army.
