Study On Smart Archives Service Based On "Internet +"

The Internet has swept the world and the "Internet Plus" based on the Internet presents the advantages of converged interconnection.The development of the archives has evolved into smart archives through various types of traditional human,mechanical and technological developments,presenting features such as strong information reserves,rich technologies,interconnection and integration.The services of smart archives based on the "Internet +" need to be transformed from the current situation with the characteristics of the times.At present,the socialization,mobilization and networking of archives services can be the cornerstone for the services of smart archives,but there is still a tendency to use the shallowness of content and the simplification of service methods.Based on the investigation of the website services of the National Archives,the current analysis of the archives network services including three aspects of social use,service content and service methods found that archives services are generally used in terms of open use,inventory expansion,and diversification to get better.In recent years,it has been a certain shift in the concept of archival services.The basic realization of socialization and integration of social platforms in the service approach has enhanced the kind feelings of people,but it has also been found that improvements can be made in the content and methods of services.On this basis,the Smart Archives Service combines the entity management and virtual reality technology from the “Internet Plus” perspective and uses perception technology to optimize the service experience.It uses archive editing and joint collections to improve the quality of information and uses a variety of new technologies such as the Internet of Things to implement a diversified approach to service methods to propose specific implementation strategies.At the same time,it will propose supportability conditions to safeguard the services of the Smart Archives from the aspects of policy encouragement,awareness raising,diversified operations,talent construction and work supervision.
