With the continuous development of computer and network technology,a variety of efficient and scientific technical methods are provided for enterprises' manufacturing management.The information technology of enterprises' manufacturing management has also emerged as the times require.Many companies have begun to try to introduce information technology to enterprise management,which has assisted them in improving their competitiveness and development.Playing an important role in promotion,the company's manufacturing management system is also constantly upgrading,from MIS to MRP,MRPII,ERP,and CIMS.The enterprise production management system adopts automation technology to integrate the computer and application software,and integrates the functions involved in the production process into a complete production system,thereby improving the work efficiency and efficiency of the enterprise production.At present,steel structure manufacturers are undergoing a period of innovative transformation,introducing advanced steel structure building technology systems and steel structure processing equipment.Through the summarization of the existing steel structure construction technology and the introduction of innovative technologies,a unique assembly type has been formed.Steel structure technology system.On the basis of the newly introduced technology,the company's production management requirements have also changed.The original production management model that depends on the manual and paper to convey information has not been applied to the current production requirements.This thesis is based on the requirements of the steel structure enterprises for the production management informationization,designing an information management system that adapts to the production management characteristics of the steel structure enterprise,and applies it to the actual production operation.The steel structure enterprise manufacturing management system designed by this project,the main work includes:(1)Raw material inventory management: supplying the put-in-storage and put-out-storage information of steel structure raw materials and products,and updating their status in inventory instantaneously,i.e.maintaining a dynamic inventory information system.(2)manufacturing management : developing manufacture plans based on customer orders,allocating manfacture tasks,and supervising the manufacture processes.(3)Energy management: checking the energy usage amount of the company,and analyzing the usage amount of every type of energy sources to improve manufacture progresses;(4)Production Quality management: Testing and analyzing the steel products and recording the results into system;(5)Equipment operation: Updating the operation status of manufacturing machines and adjusting them in time in case of error.The B/S architecture and Visual Studio development platform are adopted,and basic software including Microsoft.Net,JavaScript are used to complete the system's design and development.The backend database is My Sql.The system has now been completed and put into pilot run.After rigorous system tests and operation tests been carried out,the steel structure enterprise manufacture management information system has stabilized.It can satisfy the manufacture management requirements of steel structure enterprises,and this research achieve the expected system design goals.
