The concept of safe production is deeply rooted in people's minds.It is necessary to closely follow the trend of technological development and strengthen the safety equipment of the staff in a timely manner.In the field of underground roadways,construction firefighting and other areas of work,timely accessing to personnel on-site work screen and environmental data is an important part of preventing accidents and ensuring the safety of personnel.However,the current level of security information in these areas is not high,usually using cable monitoring,manual inspections,fixed-point monitoring and other methods.Operators can't get the surrounding environment information timely,and supervisors cannot understand the construction of operators.This will bring great trouble to accident prevention and even later rescue.In view of the above deficiencies,this paper designed a multi-scene smart helmet monitoring system.According to the characteristics of different scenes,the system combines automation control,streaming media and wireless network technology,and can obtain peripheral working environment parameters and video pictures in real time,and transmit these data to the monitoring platform through the data transmission unit in the system..According to different functions,the system is divided into three parts:the environment data collection terminal,the wireless video data transmission unit and the monitoring platform.The environmental data acquisition terminal uses a safety helmet as a carrier,and adds STM32 control cores and environmental sensors on the premise of ensuring its functionality,and is mainly responsible for collecting the temperature,humidity,carbon monoxide concentration,methane concentration,and smoke concentration of the working environment,and transmits these data to Wireless data transmission unit.In LAN usage scenarios,such as downhole lanes,the data transmission unit is an Openwrt routing module equipped with a driver-free camera,and the use of wireless Mesh network technology can quickly complete the establishment of a wireless network in the underground roadway.The Openwrt routing module obtains environmental parameters through serial communication with the collection terminal,and its internal streaming media service software can complete the acquisition,coding,and transmission of video frames.After the router module is connected to the LAN,it will obtain a sub-IP.The PC-side monitoring platform in the same LAN can access the sub-IP and corresponding ports to obtain the environment parameters and the working screen.In the 4G WAN usage scenario of firefighting and construction,the data transmission unit is an Android smartphone with Helmet Live APP pre-installed.For the acquisition and transmission of video pictures,the APP integrates the Tencent Cloud Live SDK to invoke Tencent streaming media services.The APP is divided into two use interfaces:push stream and live stream.When you use the input stream and live stream URL,you can complete the upload and concurrent video screen.In the plug-in interface,the mobile phone bluetooth will be connected to the bluetooth module of the collection terminal,then the sensor data will be received;the Baidu positioning SDK will be called to quickly obtain the position of the staff;the environmental parameters and the position coordinates will be generated as a JSON string and uploaded to our Web.The server is stored in the database.The live interface of the APP undertakes the functions of the mobile monitoring platform,uses the 4G network and related interfaces to complete the access of the streaming media server and database,and achieves the acquisition of video images and environmental parameters.After the system is built,each function module can run and cooperate well,and it can well solve the problems of traditional monitoring.The acquisition terminal can accurately obtain the environmental parameters in real time;the wireless video data transmission unit can transmit relevant data in different scenarios;the monitoring platform can also acquire data through different methods and display the video screen and the environmental parameters clearly and completely.In addition,the system also has a lot of room for upgrading,with a certain degree of practicality and application prospects.
