Analysis Of Chinese Electronic Records Research During Last Ten Years

The massive production and accumulation of electronic records has become an irreversible trend,in which case,China has begun the national strategy for electronic records management since 2009.Electronic records management has entered a new era,as well as the electronic records research.It has great significance for researchers that analyzing and excavating the overall situation and hot topics of electronic records research in the past decade quickly and accurately from a massive number of literatures,which can help them understand the research situation and focus,master the research trend and determine research direction too.This paper selects 1014 electronic records research literatures collected from CNKI which were published from 2009 to 2018 as research samples;usages CiteSpace construct various kinds of knowledge maps,as well as SATI finish measuring the sanple literatures.By the consequence,the external features and hotspots content have been distinguished and analyzed,which can help the researchers grasp the general research situation during this period.This paper mainly follows the modus of "revealing problems-analyzing problems-drawing conclusions",and contains five chapters.Chapter 1 summarizes the background,significance,the main status of this research.At the same time,it points out the contents,methods and innovations of the research.This chapter is the theoretical basis of the investigation.Chapter 2 introduces the acquisition of sample data,and shows the visual analysis methods and tools used to process the sample in this research.This chapter is the experimental preparation part of the investigation.Chapter 3 usages CiteSpace and SATI to complete the visual analysis of the external features of sample literatures,such as the number of literatures published each year,high-yield authors,high-yield institutions,cooperative research situation,and the sources of samples.Chapter 4 usages Cite Space to build high-frequency keywords clustering knowledge maps.On this basis,nine research hotpots in the sample literature have been identified.Then,these hotpots have been analyzed from three aspects,which contain the formation reasons,research content,and future research trends.At last,the characteristics of time distribution,content relevance,and research groups of the samples have also been revealed.Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 are the experimental implementation part of the investigation.Chapter 5 summarizes the analysis results of the previous two chapters,and draws out four main research conclusions:management policy has guiding role in electronic records research;the research strength is weak,and the research from field of practice has been strengthened;electronic records research has a certain degree of closure;long-term preservation,evidence,information security and metadata of the electronic records and foreign electronic records management are the focus of the research.At the same time,it points out the insufficiency of research and suggestions for research in the future.Chapter 5 is the analysis conclusion part of the investigation.
