Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of a country's development,The level of manufacturing industry is an important reflection of a country's comprehensive strength.With the rapid development of information technology,automation technology and Internet technology,manufacturing industry is developing towards a highly intelligent,flexible and integrated direction.Computer manufacturing integration technology is considered as the core of the world manufacturing technology revolution,and also the key technology to enhance national competitiveness.By organically combining the isolated subsystems in the manufacturing process of products,it can effectively meet the needs of multi-varieties and small batches in the market.At the same time,it can optimize the overall benefit of manufacturing process,and realize more integrated and intelligent manufacturing mode.Therefore,this paper integrates the two subsystems of process planning and job shop scheduling in manufacturing process to optimize the scheduling problem of flexible job shop.This paper mainly adopts the research method of combining theoretical research,case study and statistical analysis.Firstly,the basic theory and method of flexible job shop scheduling are discussed in detail.Then,combined with the existing practical problems in the process of job shop production scheduling,the significance and methods of further improving the optimization results of job shop scheduling problem are analyzed.Finally,the effectiveness of the scheduling method is proved by establishing a mathematical model and an example.The content of this paper is based on flexible process planning of workpiece.In the job shop scheduling stage,the job shop scheduling problem is optimized by combining the flexibility of workpiece processing route.To further improve the overall production efficiency of flexible workshop.The content of this paper and the methods involved in this paper mainly include: 1)IPPS scheduling is adopted to solve the flexible job shop scheduling problem with multi-processing routes;2)Based on the processing characteristics,processing methods,process routes,processing sequence and machine tool allocation of workpiece,a flexible expression method of process sequence is designed,and a multi-objective integrated optimization model with maximum completion time and minimum equipment load is established.3)The second generation non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II)is used to solve the integrated model.According to the complexity of the problem,a five-segment coding method is established to avoid the generation of infeasible solutions.In the last part of the paper,according to the multi-route flexible job shop scheduling model,three different workpieces are selected to verify the model,and the NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the problem.The final optimization results are compared and analyzed with the phased job shop scheduling and the actual job shop scheduling schemes at the present stage.The conclusion is drawn to verify the effectiveness of the multi-path flexible job shop scheduling model.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text and points out the shortcomings of the study and the direction of improvement.
