Wireless data transmission system is an important way for people to obtain information.With the development of communication technology,wireless communication technology has been widely applied in industrial data transmission.However,the traditional data transmission system has been in a dilemma between low power and long distance,there is only one can be taken between the longer distance and lower power consumption.This research has realized the wireless data transmission system based on NB-IoT,using the licensed spectrum of the current operators,giving full play to the advantages of low power wide area network,and providing a low-power wireless transmission way for the existing long-distance communication system.Frist,the background of the research and the basic theory of NB-IoT were introduced.Then,based on the study of discontinuous reception,two methods for controlling energy consumption in the NB-IoT data transmission system were proposed,which were power control method based on PSM and eDRX and paging optimization method.In the aspect of hardware design,STMicroelectronics' STM32L151C8T6 is used as the main control chip,and Quecte's BC95 is used as the NB-IoT communication module.The peripheral hardware circuit is designed by modularization idea,and the NB-IoT wireless data transmission terminal is completed.In the aspect of software design,the NB-IoT terminal development program is written in standard C.The program is compiled and downloaded through the keil uVision4 development environment.The host computer monitoring software is designed and implemented using Visual Basic 6.0.The interface is friendly and easy to use.only need to enter the local port number to start the server,you can get real-time temperature.Through terminal consumption power test,eDRX and PSM modes can effectively reduce the terminal power consumption.The PSM mode reduces the power consumption effect more significantly,and the eDRX mode can greatly improve the reachability of the downlink communication link.The power control method based on PSM and e DRX has more practical significance on the basis of comprehensive consideration of power and delay.Finally,the NB-IoT terminal is installed on the STMP1000 device to test the accurate transmission rate and delay of the different transmission distance.The results show that when the NB-IoT network's signal strength is achieved,different transmission distances have little effect on the accuracy of the transmission rate and delay.The accuracy of the transmission rate and the delay all meet the specified standards,and the long distance transmission of discontinuous data has been successfully realized.The small batch and long distance transmission of discontinuous data has been successfully realized.This will also be the development trend of wireless data transmission and industrial remote control.
