With the rapid development of the information and electronic technology,intelligent public system is undergoing constant change and renewal.The construction of the intelligent public transport system can not only facilitate the daily trip of the citizens,but can also reflect the level in economy of the city.The electronic bus board is the most closet part of the whole system to the citizens.At present,the intelligent public system is developing,and some cities are still using RFID to locate places.What's more,some bus boards have even been terribly damaged,while these cannot rouse the attention of the relevant departments.The concept of it will put forward higher requirements for them.According to the current situation of the bus board,an improved solution is proposed in the thesis.First of all,the feasibility of the system is analyzed and the hardware design of the system is determined.Secondly,hardware of power supply module,voice broadcast module,wireless transmission module,external storage module and LED display module and so on is introduced in detail in the thesis.System software is also analyzed.The prototype is tested at last.This thesis finally designs an improved intelligent bus electronic board which can monitor the quality of the display screen,exchange data in remote areas and locate positions accurately.The technology of position located of the system used here is GPS which sends the captured data to the bus control center by GPRS.The center will handle the corresponding information and send it to the related bus board to display according to designed communication protocol.When it comes to the technology of the monitoring of the quality of the screen,it adopts the technology of camera calibration and image processing.By changing the coordinates of points in the three-dimensional coordinates to the camera coordinate system,the point coordinate system and the pixel coordinate system,the corresponding relation between the three-dimensional coordinates and image points is constructed.Center of each lamp has also been determined through it.Corresponding connected domain extraction operation has been carried out according to the center of the lamp determined after the calibration.After that,the results are obtained.Finally,it will compare the result with benchmarked one and send the final result to the center.
