Sludge treatment technology is the current worldwide technology,and making full use of sludge and harmless to environment is a topic that people yearn for.Based on the experimental analysis and the method of combining with the computer simulation,this study re-optimized the dry treatment system of papermaking sludge,and improved the dewatering efficiency and the process of recycling papermaking sludge.The shear force and the centrifugal inertia force of the sludge are determined mainly in the mixing flow field and the relationship between the flocculation stirring theory and the flocculation dynamics is analyzed synthetically;The flocculating agitator is redesigned according to the actual working condition,and the relationship between the stirring strength and the flocculation effect is studied by the experiment;The flow velocity and turbulent distribution in the flow field are theoretically studied by numerical simulation,It is of guiding significance for the factory to determine the stirring speed of the sludge flocculation process.The mathematical model of the screw shaft with medium outer diameter and variable pitch is derived based on the axial precession speed and rotation period of the material,The parameterized configuration of screw pitch is realized according to feed flow and speed,and the efficiency and practicability of screw shaft are improved.And using the basic idea of modular design,the system is planned and analyzed,and the combination module is obtained.According to the requirement of the sludge dry degree,the parameters of the process configuration are obtained,that is,the equivalent relation between the modules is obtained,the control parameters are determined and the adaptive control is realized.Combined with the results of the spiral shaft static simulation and the production capacity,compression ratio,strength condition,length diameter ratio and other characteristics of the spiral press,the optimization objective is to minimize the mass of the spiral shaft,and the internal point penalty function method is used to optimize the structure to reduce the quality of the spiral shaft.The optimized helical shaft is simulated again.Compared with the two simulation results,the optimized spiral shaft not only reduces the mass but also reduces the maximum stress,strain value and deformation rate under the same sludge treatment efficiency.Finally,the modal analysis of the optimized spiral shaft is carried out,and the natural frequencies of each order are obtained by the calculation results and analyzing the main modes of the spiral shaft structure.
