The Research Of Controls For Cloud Platform Client Of Cement Intelligent Control

Information is the theme of modern times and has become the basis of scientific decision-making of enterprise managers.In particular,cement companies are currently at a critical period of capacity reduction and transformation.How to make good use of production data to maximize the benefits of their own companies has become an urgent problem for cement managers.The cement intelligent control cloud platform is based on this.The cement intelligent control cloud platform provides functions of data monitoring,data processing,comprehensive analysis,control overview,control systems,modeling and simulations through effective integration and collaborative application of subsystems which are data acquisition,data preprocessing,data management,and client-side.The system realizes intelligent production of raw material preparation,clinker calcination,cement grinding,and even the entire cement enterprise.The cement intelligent control cloud platform consists of several portions.This paper studies basic controls of the platform client,mainly completing the following tasks:(1)Firstly,according to the intellectualized development trend at home and abroad and the self-development needs of cement companies,this paper puts forward the concept and overall plan of the cement intelligent control cloud platform.As one of the platform subsystems,the client can provide users with rich application functions.Using basic controls can simplify underlying development processes of the client to a certain extent.(2)The basic controls studied in this paper are divided into three parts: production reports,general queries,and monitoring screen elements.For the cement enterprise production reports,modules such as format analysis,data reading,JSON string conversion,merging,parsing and page display are designed.Regarding general inquiries of cement companies,the overall design of query structure,mode,and overall architecture was carried out,and a detailed design plan was given,including data collections,query components,and query service;In the aspect of monitoring screen elements,the dynamic information on the web page is processed and displayed by using graphics elements such as a switch quantity,a text,an analog quantity,and so on.(3)The system combines the actual production of a cement company,using Windows and.NET platform,C# language,Visual Studio 2012 development software,and SQL Server 2012 database as its development environment.The system was deployed and applied in actual projects,and achieved the expected goals and good results.
