The basic goal of:Improvement of SCADA system for monitoring device forecast warning level, minimize perturbation frequency in oduction process.To ensure safe and stable production, no major accidents. Of course, forecast and early warning platform just ahead of early warning information, so that the staff have enough time to take safety measures. Therefore, we must have a strict management system, so that the warning information can be treated in time, can really achieve zero accidents.This paper firstly analyzes the principle of gas blockage fault, and according to the analysis research on these gas well. Research results show that, the mouth of each site are equipped with SCADA system, the production of special communication network open.As a branch of cropland of southwest oil gas emergency forecast and early warning platform basic guarantee.This paper configuration of the software and hardware of the whole system, and introduced the ECM system, understanding and analysis of the system structure.Design of system logic structure, function structure, business structure, physical structure, and testing the system.This paper also designs the gas forecast and early warning, design including well positions critical tassel design model, wellbore point gas superficial tassel model design, the Kei I effusion real-time judgement model design, the design combined with local conditions, according to previous experience, lists the specific formula.Finally, in view of the data, establish the whole system interface, introduction of every interface, and suggestions for future work.
