Nationalism has a long history, which is the product of the modernization process. Along with the development of networks, network nationalist got a new way of expression with network platform.This article mainly analysis Communication forms and characteristics of the network nationalism from the perspective of the dissemination. In addition, Sino-Japanese relations as an example to discuss operation form of nationalism—public opinion, and the process and the formation of it in "Sino-Japanese incident". But, because of the characteristic of network communication, so anyone entering the network, can speak their minds using virtual identity, both rational,constructive view, and irrational personal emotional venting. Network nationalism, as a national public awareness ,need to guidance correctly to disseminate patriotic ideology and safeguard national interests. The author got to know that public opinion is a special form of public opinion through surveying and analysis the community and forum, and interviewing the opinion leaders. Network nationalism need to be control toughly and guide softly.Network nationalism can not replace the traditional nationalist. But with the further spreading and developing of the network, and more freeing public space, maybe nationalism will gradually become the mainstream of nationalism.
