With the different working environment,the performance of the attitude sensor will be affected to varying degrees.Therefore,in order to improve the stability of the attitude sensor,the performance index must be tested and calibrated before it is put into use.However,with the continuous development of science and technology,the manual calibration method is inefficient and inaccurate,and it is unable to meet the calibration requirements of the product.Based on this,a set of high precision and high efficiency attitude sensor calibration device is researched and designed in this paper.Firstly,based on the research and analysis of the calibration method of the attitude sensor,this paper designs the overall control scheme of the calibration device.The device consists of an angle calibration platform,a temperature increase device,a main control circuit and a PC terminal.The MC9S12XS128 is used as a core processor to design the control system.According to the overall scheme,the system device structure is constructed,mainly including the angle calibration platform and the temperature-raising device.The angle calibration platform is controlled by two groups of stepping motor modules to achieve precise adjustment of the target calibration angle;after the angle adjustment is completed,the temperature-raising device is completed.Calibrate the attitude of the sensor under constant temperature and temperature calibration.Secondly,the hardware and software of each module of the system are designed,and the Simulink modeling and simulation of the motion control algorithm of the angle calibration platform is performed.The experimental results show that the stepper motor start acceleration/deceleration control and fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm used in this project can better achieve the efficient and stable control of the implementation system.In addition,the application of the least squarespolynomial surface fitting algorithm to the error compensation of the attitude data of the attitude sensor is studied.Through the analysis of experimental data,the application of this algorithm improves the calibration accuracy of the attitude sensor.Finally,in order to facilitate the human-computer interaction,a visual operation interface was designed based on the VC++6.0 environment,including functions such as calibration flow control,curve display,and parameter configuration,supporting multiple communication interfaces.The paper elaborated the research scheme and implementation circuit of the calibration device,a high-precision calibration device is set up,the calibration experiment of the system is completed.The experimental verification shows that the attitude sensor calibration device can greatly improve the calibration accuracy and efficiency of the attitude sensor,and has certain research value and high feasibility.
