The move carrier in the drive process of the angle of orientation sensor survey system is the core and most need to study and solve the problems, the angle changes in the movement process, the results will directly influence to the decision of attitude sensor gun system, thus affecting the weapon target ability. But in the complex working environment, attitude sensor in the detection process may occur arising from measurement error and disturbance signal with the change of vector acceleration, which requires the movement properties of attitude sensor were analyzed, error compensation and noise filtering on its dynamic characteristics.This paper from the system structure and working principle of attitude sensor of the mechanical structure and circuit system analysis. System structure of mechanical and circuit vulnerable to external interference are analyzed. Using modal analysis on the of vibration characteristics of attitude sensor, through the simulation analysis to verify the attitude sensor in the movement process, the mechanical structure and circuit system can guarantee the stable operation of the attitude sensor, does not produce errors.At the same time, according to track dynamic characteristics and motion sensor principle, motion characteristics of the sensor, the analysis of error sources. Through the simulation software to verify the stability of its own output signal. Studying on the complete positioning and attitude measurement method of attitude sensor, attitude angle sensor have to establish calculation model. From the attitude sensor control system and control algorithm research, the output signal of the sensor were studied by simulation software, to the control algorithm can guarantee the attitude sensor, produce high-speed processing of the input signal and the response of the motion stability.Finally, according to the dynamic characteristics of the sensor, to study the dynamic error processing and related algorithms, and establish the dynamic error model of related. Through the research on error compensation algorithm, using the Kalman filtering algorithm for dynamic error analysis and motion compensation of attitude sensor. According to the research analysis and error compensation algorithm, experimental verification of three aspects of static and dynamic state, the movement of attitude sensor.
