Rotating platform in the machinery, aerospace, instrumentation,electronics and other industrial systems have a wide range of use, rotating platformattitude accuracy is one of the most important precision index system.Brushless DC motor stator winding machine feed mechanism is a multi-linkrotary platform, rotary platform attitude error is one of the key indicators ofprecision winding equipment.Firstly, create a mathematical model geometry and attitude errors ofrotary platform based on the structural characteristics of winder,and thenthrough the analysis of mathematical models to get the error structure attitudeerror, the purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for separation andcompensation error of the rotating platform gesture.Secondly, build test systems of attitude errors, the test system consists ofhardware systems, data acquisition systems, data processing system.Lastly, separate and compensate errors using the measured data with theharmonic analysis method.
