With the development of Internet of things technology,the proportion of fruits and vegetables in the logistics industry growth.the storage of fruit and vegetable products put forward higher requirements for storage environment,the storage environment parameters affecting the storage quality of fruits and vegetables products are not only temperature and humidity,but also the concentration of carbon dioxide.The traditional storage environment regulation only aims at the temperature and humidity,and does not take the carbon dioxide content in the environment as the main adjustment and control target,although the monitoring of storage environment has achieved centralized supervision of the monitoring center,there are still many problems,such as complex wiring on the premises,poor real-time data transmission,poor coordination between monitoring and environmental regulation,low efficiency,etc.In view of the problems existing in the traditional warehouse environment control system,this paper puts forward an intelligent monitoring and control scheme based on embedded storage environment control system.Based on the research on the characteristic of ZigBee network,using the Contex-MO development board to design ZigBee network terminal environment data acquisition and control nodes,and the ZigBee coordinator and the GPRS DTU network connected by RS-232 serial port through the ARM processor,GPRS network and control center connected to the server via the base station to realize remote wireless transmission and remote control data storage environment.Complete the following tasks based on the above.The main research works as follows:Firstly,this paper expounds the significance of the monitoring and control of the storage environment system,and summarizes the development status and existing problems of the intelligent storage environment control system at home and abroad.Based on the engineering background,according to the storage requirements of the storage environment of fruit and vegetable products,the storage environment control system The overall program,including environmental parameter detection,environmental regulation control,remote data transmission,the system of human-computer interaction four functions,successfully applied to the actual project.Secondly,this paper summarizes the three-tier structure of the Internet of Things and designs and realizes the software and hardware of the three-layer network of the storage environment control system,including the sensor layer and the environment control module,the network layer ZigBee terminal and the ZigBee coordinator,Layer GPRS network module DTU and application layer control center software,control center software to achieve service control,system control,environmental control,GPRS network module management and database system functions.Thirdly,according to the control requirements of storage environment and the control characteristics of nonlinear and large lag,a multi-variable multi-level decoupling control model based on neural network is proposed,and the training of decoupling neural network is optimized by gradient descent-Newton iteration algorithm.So that the system has a good control performance,but also to solve the storage environment control system in the temperature and humidity circuit,the temperature of the CO2 loop coupling problem,to achieve better control results.Fourthly,the mathematical model of storage environment was established,and the simulation curve of temperature and humidity circuit and temperature carbon dioxide circuit before and after decoupling were obtained by MATLAB software.Through the comparison and analysis of simulation curve,it was verified that the addition of decoupling neural network made the storage environment control system more favorable the steady-state precision and dynamic performance index,to solve the storage environment control of the multi-variable strong coupling problem,to meet the storage requirements of fruit and vegetable products,with a wide range of applications.
