Process control is a important field in automation specialty, strong practiced, in allusion to the MIMO system in Industry, it is very important to improve the teaching level of process controlling and enhance the practiced ability of student by exploitation the decoupling control system experimental facility. The electric furnace temperature decoupling control experimental facility, the teaching software was expatiated and two decoupling control algorithm was studied in the paper.The paper based on one of government stock item the laboratory building in Central South Forestry University---decoupling control system experimental facility, first the present status of decoupling controlling was studied, the couple of temperature system of electric furnace was analyzed by step response. Then the PID diagonal matrix decoupling control algorithm was adopted in the system based on the matrix transfer function. Then its nonlinear and hysteretic nature was analyzed essentially, NNα step delay time inverse system was adopted in the system, and the systems feedback liberalization was realized essentially. First the α step delay time inverse system was build to make the system as pseudo-linear system, and then the PI feedback loop control was used in pseudo-linear system. The result of real-time control was shown that the algorithms discussed in the paper are effective method to the furnace temperature couple system.The experimental teaching software was emboldened based on Visual Basic 6.0, software package of 812PG advanced data collection card and Access database. The control parameter can be modified online and the temperature can be monitored real-time by the software, and good interface was provided.
