The3D measurement technology is for the people to explore the three-dimensional world, and the description of the measurement technology of3D targetconfiguration is indispensable, reverse engineering, visualization and other fieldshave a wide range of applications. Three dimensional measurement and thereconstruction of three-dimensional object is designed by obtaining measurement isnon-contact, fast measurement with high speed and precision which has become oneof the main research focus. The combination code structure of color space light of thecoding method to carry a large amount of information, and to require only one imagecan be acquired3D information point objects, with high resolution, high speed andeasy to be implement and become a hot research topic in optical three-dimensionalmeasurement of color coding structure. The combination code structure of colorspace for optical three-dimensional measurement, because of the color of thesuperposition, stripe color distortion, needs color correction. Based on theseproblems, the main research contents of this paper are as follows:Make a detailed analysis and expound for building the3D measurement systemand calibration principle. The main theory based on the triangulation method,projective geometry model. Use the linear calibration method to calibrate3Dmeasurement system, and use orthogonal Gray coding method for calibration ofprojector.Based on the structured light3D measurement, this paper designs a kind ofcolor space combination of coding and decoding method, the coding method usingred, green, blue, white four colors as the basic color encoded stripes, making black asthe background, the white stripes mark each stripe stripes, five stripes as a group,characteristics of the method is to obtain a longer period with fewer color, eachgroup of stripe arrangement is unique, so the decoding can be achieved.According to the3D measurement existing mainly on white objects with the imitation,this paper proposes a new correction method for breakthrough for colorobject,implementing three dimensional measurements of color objects with colorstripe, because the color stripes meeting color objects and influenced by environmentwill be in color distortion, this paper realizes the establishment for the fact that thecolor of the object data basement and math model, color contrast and distortedpicture restore the color stripe of color, the color correction method is easy to realizewith the characteristics of strong anti disturbance.The projector, digital camera, and computer self are built for3D measurementplatform system, on the basis of theoretical analysis, the three-dimensionalmeasurement experiments of color objects.
