With the development of modern industrial, the development of 3-D measurement technology is valued. With laser technology, computer technology, such as image processing and high-tech development, optical non-contact measurement technique is widely used, especially the three-dimensional topography measurement technology has progressed greatly which is represented by fringe projection and regarded as the most promising of three-dimensional topography measurement method. The 3D optical measurement system researched by this thesis provides great convenience to further for the production and livelihood and expands the field of the 3D optical measurement equipment, with a more extensive and obvious practical significance, academic significance and social values.Chapter two of this paper is on time-of-flight method, moire fringe, phase shift method, Fourier method, spatial phase detection, modulation measurement method, grating projection measuring principle and the comparison of several methods. Chapter three introduces the image acquisition system and the image preprocessing methods of basic knowledge on the structure of three-dimensional measurement system, optical image acquisition hardware design and software development processes, handle two aspects of image preprocessing Methods from the frequency domain processing and airspace. Chapter four presents a grating diffraction fringes, the method applies to large and small scenes of 3D scenes morphology measurements and the use of grating diffraction fringes of the tilt angle measuring plane, through experiments prove that the method is feasible. Chapter five begins to describe the projection based on the three-dimensional morphology grating measurement system hardware design and software design for complex object measurement system parameters design, as well as image acquisition, processing and analysis of the entire process and given a preliminary restore images of objects. Finally, the entire processes of measuring error sources were analyzed.This paper mainly has the following innovations:1. The measurements of the plane tilt angle using grating diffraction fringes, and expand the non-contact measurement in the area of industrial measurement devices, especially in the area of high measurement accuracy has strong practical value.2. System uses a single computer to achieve structured light and image acquisition integration controlling, simple system, easy to operate it, small low-cost and improve the reliability of the measurement system.3. Use Fourier Transform Profilometry to calculate three-dimensional scale, this approach can be further enhanced measurement accuracy, and laid a foundation for the effective use of instruments.
