Asp.net-based Electronic Medical Records Management System For Research And Development

Along with the development of the information-based progress of hospital, the development and applications of the hospital information system are gradually becoming hot point in the trade. According to the demand of information-based work about internal hospital, we combined SQL Server database system with VS.NET 2003 to develop the Electronics Medical Records management system based on Web. We design and carry out basic function of the Electronics Medical Records management system under the browser/server mode.The Electronics Medical Records (EMR) management system is the computer application program to manage medical records by hospitals. The main functions of system are inputting, consulting, managing and memorizing the medical records by section office. While executing, the authentication to operator must be finished. Users who have different right can carry out different operation. For example, the expert can announce his opinion. In order to adapt the fluctuant fact of the section office, the inner structure of system can be adjust. Therefore system's practicability is greatly increased. For providing more overall information to customers, many subjects are designed, for example, "Guestbook" and "Resources sharing". For the convenience of diagnose and research, the system can realize query and sort in a lot of pages.In this article we introduce the development of the hospital information system and the medical record management, analyze the necessary of subject, at the same time, put forward the design project. According to the process of subject, firstly we introduce the development environment of system. Second we introduced the whole process of system design, including network design, function design, object design, database design and so on. Third the detailed process and method of developing Electronics Medical Record management System are explained by using VS.NET 2003 and SQL Server. The explanation of operation is also showed. In the end, we summarize the advantage and the disadvantage of system, and put forward the prospect of the system technique in the future.
