In today's popularization of mobile Internet technology,the traditional cadre information management model can no longer meet the need of high-level,systematic and diversified dynamic management of fire-fighting cadres.The concrete manifestation of the fact is that the firefighting force's cadre information needs to be updated and its ability to be strengthened needs to be hard to obtain Satisfy.Therefore,the use of modern information technology,combined with mobile communication technology,design and development of fire cadre information dynamic real-time management system to efficiently integrate and manage cadres and human resources,it becomes very urgent and necessary.Under this background,based on the MVC framework and the development platform of Android,this paper launches the design and implementation of the dynamic real-time management system of fire officers' information.The development of this system is based on the reference of relevant literature and on-the-spot investigation.At the same time,it draws on the current advanced cadre information management system.In view of the particularity of the work of the fire brigade and the actual needs of the cadre management,the paper divides the system into five main functional modules: the basic information management of cadres,the daily attendance management of cadres,the training and management of cadre theory,the management of cadres' fire drills and the assessment of cadres.Among them,the daily record attendance attendance management records formed by the cadre and cadre examination records maintained by the theoretical training and other data in turn correspond to the cadres' compliance and discipline and cadre theoretical quality level and can be used as an important basis in the assessment of cadres,cadres evaluation The examination results can also give scientific feedback on the form and content of theoretical training.Therefore,each module is interconnected and mutually integrated and together form an organic logical body.In the meantime,in the process of appraisement or promotion of firefighting cadres,this paper constructs and implements a decision-making aided mathematical model,through which the decision-making standard can be quantified so as to effectively improve and guarantee the impartiality and fairness of cadre appraisal and selection Sexual and scientific,which is one of the main work of this article,but alsoinnovation.After the establishment of the system's function,this paper selects the Android development platform,MVC model,C# technology and SQL Server2012 database and other key technologies to design,implement and test the system respectively.The test results show that the system functions and performance meet the expected goals,the system has excellent operational performance and operational experience.The system on-line and investment,will help to improve the management of fire-fighting cadre of scientific,standardized,systematic,informatization and network level,to data sharing,business adjustment,efficient management of the core purpose.
