The Design And Implementation Of Cadre Information Management System For University Based-On J2EE

With the popularity of computer applications, e-government has developed rapidly.For the party and government administration departments of colleges and universities,how to manage and analyze all information of cadres scientifically and efficiently is being an important aspect of the construction of digital campus. In this context, the subject has carried out relevant research work relying on the actual software project of cadre information management system, and expounded the construction process of the system.Firstly, this paper analyzed the key technologies such as SSH framework, MVC design pattern and Oracle database used in the design and development process of cadre information management system for colleges and universities, and determined the technical solutions for the system construction. Then, this paper completed the work of each stage step by step including requirements analysis, system design, development and implementation, system testing, according to software engineering theory. The requirements analysis included the functional requirements of each module, as well as some non-functional requirements. The system design phase mainly introduced the design of core function module, database and security based on the system business flow chart. System development phase described the implementation process from the aspects of technical framework, realization of frontend and backend. Finally, the test range and testing process of the system were introduced, and the test results showed that the system can meet the practical application requirements of cadre management for colleges and universities.The research and implementation of the cadre information management system for colleges and universities can effectively solve the problem of lack of ability to collect,query and analysis the cadre data, achieved the desired goal of system construction,improved the efficiency for the relevant staff, and can make the work of cadre information management more convenient and standardized.
