With the changing of technological innovation,With the improvement of people's living standards,there are more and more smartphone manufacturers.The current global smart electronics industry is facing unprecedented competition.Domestic smartphones have a relatively low starting point and have a great disadvantage.In the international market,Internationally,there are industry giants such as Apple,Samsung and other powerful consumer groups.There are also rising stars such as Huawei,Xiaomi and Lenovo in China.Therefore,when companies are marketing,it is extremely necessary to consider competition factors,especially production competition decisions.This reflects the way in which a company pursues its interests.In the international market,we can see that there are social comparisons in every enterprise.There are upward comparative enterprises,downward comparative enterprises,different types of enterprises to make different output decisions.Taking Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd,the most classical domestic smartphone manufacturer in China,as an example,using Apple Corporation,an international mobile phone giant,as a comparison,this paper probes into its social comparison types and output decisions,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.It is of great significance to the development of smart phone in our country.Based on the theory of social comparison and the research of production competition,this paper discusses the decision making of output competition in Huawei Science and Technology Co.,Ltd under the condition of social comparison.By contrast with Apple,we can better confirm that Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd.tends to be an upward comparative enterprise,and Apple tends to be a downward comparative enterprise.Introducing social comparison factors,the game model of two enterprises producing alternative goods is established.We analyzed the yield decision and concluded that:If companies tend to be more upwardly competitive,they will intensify competition in the market,and companies tend to use the method of producing high-yield,low-price sales(ie,puerile)to snatch market share and profits.If the company tends to compare downward,it will slow down the competition in the market,and the firm will maintain its market share and profit by controlling the output and maintaining the high price(that is,strong profit and steady sale).Through model analysis,and social comparison type discrimination between Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd and Apple Co.,Ltd.,It can be concluded that Huawei Technologies Co..Ltd.is a behind aversion(comparatively upward-typed)enterprise.Its output competition method adopts a puerile method to compete.The unit product has less profit,and the proportion of profit also very low in the entire market.In summary,based on the above research,this article analyzes Huawei's production competition decision-making under social comparison.There are advices of Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd.and other domestic smart phones provided.In terms of company products,improve the safety performance of mobile phones;Improve the standby performance of mobile phones and strengthen the improvement of mobile phone batteries;Invest in technology research and development to improve the fluency of mobile phone systems and enhance the compatibility of mobile phone systems.In terms of marketing strategies,adjust production competition and marketing modes;Adjust its own price strategy to enter the high-end models;Strengthen effective communication with consumers and increase product customer loyalty;Enter the markets of Western developed countries and draw on effective experience to respond to fierce market competition.
