Research On Quality Of Engineering Archives

While the huge increase in engineering archives,the quality of engineering archivess has become increasingly prominent.In order to study and solve the problem of engineering archives quality,this article starts from the basic theory of the concept of research from the perspective of archival science,scientifically defines the concept of engineering archives quality,and clarifies the quality objectives,responsible parties,management strategies,technology platforms,and external environment.The five research elements of the quality of engineering archives have established a theoretical research framework for the quality of engineering archives.Through in-depth field investigation and research,this paper believes that there are two major hidden problems in the quality of archives and archiving quality issues in archives of engineering projects,such as serious document signing,incomplete documentation,etc.,resulting in quality problems,incomplete archive files,and archived archives of project files.Non-standard archive quality issues.There are social factors in the emergence of the problem,but they are mainly caused by the factors of the business management.Therefore,this paper believes that we should mainly proceed from the business management level,vigorously promote the construction of the rule of law,strengthen the construction of the project file management organization,and implement fine management.And on the technical level,demand-oriented optimization of key technologies to promote the construction of technology platforms.
