The Authority of one city work in cultural heritage data management is relatively backward,most still remain in the way of manual labor and paper-based information carriers,even if part of the realization of computer input,there is no unified management system,it is difficult to find.This low level of information and data management approach,resulting in incomplete information,find difficult,utilization and low defects,it is difficult to meet the cultural relics management department of cultural relics and heritage workers demand for information,which restricts the research and protection of cultural development.To solve these problems,we developed a set of design artifacts integrated information management system.In this paper,This paper studies on the needs of software development techniques and heritage sector,proposed an integrated information management system artifacts hierarchical design and modular design ideas,reducing development costs and shorten the development time and improve system reliability.In this paper,three-tier architecture,divided into presentation layer,control layer and business logic layer,layered design reduces the degree of coupling system for easy system of post-maintenance;system development in order to improve the efficiency and stability,the system uses modular design,each module to implement a function,each module can be divided into different sub-module,without direct communication between the module and the module,but by way of indirect communication interface.This design reduces the coupling between modules,increasing the polymerization degree of the module.Currently,the relics of integrated information management system in the experimental stage,the system is running well,to achieve the desired purpose.Heritage comprehensive information management system is divided into six functional modules,namely the registration of cultural relics,artifacts display,Tibetan Museum management,conservation,statistical analysis,and system management.Registration realized Heritage preservation of electronic information;showcase for cultural relics exhibition and study provides a number of ways;Tibetan Museum management enables managers to view all of a collection of artifacts and learn the pavilion security conditions,including exhibition Hall staffing,personnel and other basic information;heritage can best embody the computer advantage in heritage preservation,not only can monitor damage to cultural relics preservation conditions,but also record the information the country's top heritage restoration experts for heritage restoration offers technical support;cultural heritage analysis provides a case within its jurisdiction for cultural workers,few people make cultural workers,personnel statistical analysis can work on cultural relics have a general understanding of human resources can be targeted supplementary staffing.Heritage building an integrated information management system to achieve a cultural data and information management,information technology and standardization,to improve the efficiency of cultural relics through effective means of information,to promote the conservation,creating a larger social and economic value.
