Study On Resources Sharing Mechanism Of University Library In Jiangxi Province

The University library in Jiangxi Province still has a big gap between the basic equipment,the collection condition,the technical condition and other provinces and the national average level,and the overall level is still not high.in This paper,from the perspective of public management,through case analysis,data processing and the collection of second-hand information,the author analyzes the problems and the causes of the present situation of Jiangxi Province in the process of realizing the information resource sharing of university library The feasible strategies are put forward through the research and discussion.This paper analyzes the CALIS Document Information Service center of Jiangxi Province,the joint purchasing meeting of digital resources of University Library in province,the Alliance of Digital Resources co-construction and sharing in the province,the Alliance of University Library of Chang-bei,the building project of University Digital Library in province.This paper analyzes some problems of the sharing mechanism of university library in Jiangxi Province from three aspects of subjective consciousness,management system and fund,and puts forward some measures.From past,this paper analyses the problems in implementing the resources sharing in the process of the surface of the objective mode of reason,proposed should establish proper effective management and operation system,and proposed the basic ideas of relevant laws and regulations.This paper analyses the present situation of jiangxi province university library resource sharing is proposed targeted countermeasures:(1)the construction of sharing mechanism of the government level,improve the relevant laws and regulations,through legal and administrative means to promote the resources sharing.(2)introduce the market mechanism to promote the sharing of university library resources.(3)research sharing technology,provide sharing guarantee,and promote the sharing of books and information resources among colleges and universities.(4)to establish and improve a Shared and Shared management mechanism.
