In view of the current buoy syetems have the following shortcomings,such as:the single monitoring mode,the difficult recovery of the abandoned buoys,and the high cost of communication equipment and communication maintenance.By means of the embedded technology,sensor acquisition technology,wireless communication technology and Web technology,this paper realizes the complementary monitoring,real-time positioning and the use of large-scale public network communication functions of the buoy system.This buoy system has the following three advantages:Firstly,the staff can not be limited by regional differences in monitoring the sea surface climate conditions and improve the monitoring efficiency of the whole buoy system;Secondly,it is convenient to recycle abandoned buoys,not to make marine waste,protect the marine environment;Thirdly,the costs of research and communication maintenance are reduced,and make up for the lack of high equipment costs and high maintenance costs for maritime satellite communications.The buoy system consists of two parts:the marine buoy monitoring platform and the ground receiving station.The ground receiving station system matched with the marine buoy monitoring platform has become the current research hotspot with the buoy system.The main work of this article are listed as follows:(1)Mechanical structure design.Utilize SolidWorks three-dimensional software to design the mechanical structure of the sea surface monitoring platform and constructing the monitoring carrier;(2)Design of software and hardware system for monitoring platform.The software and hardware system of monitoring platform is designed by using keil programming software and Altium Designer circuit design software to achieve wind speed,wind direction,temperature,humidity,pressure,longitude,latitude,meanwhile dispose and transmit the received information;(3)Design of the hardware and software system of the ground receiving station system.At first,by means of Altium Designer to design the hardware platform of the ground receiving station.Next,The ubuntu-12.04 operation system is installed in the virtual machine to build the development environment,and realize to transplant the Linux operating environment of the monitoring terminal based on the hardware platform,then,by means of install Qt software in ubuntu-12.04 operation system to design monitoring terminal applications programs,realize the functions of data reception,real-time display,storage and inquiry;Finally,transplant Web server Boa at the monitoring terminal,and design webpage by utilizing webpage development technology,which is used to realize the functions of real-time of network terminal,storage and inquiry;(4)System test.Finally,the system is tested to verify the reliability,stability and data validity of the designed buoy system in this paper.
