Flexible placing,low costing and quieting while receipting acoustic signals,with those great advantages,ocean buoys are becoming an ideal choice of surface node for underwater sensor.Based on the system of buoys-satellite communication and for the purpose of low power consumption and miniaturization,the research and discussion are carried on by focusing on these three questions: the control system of low power consumption,antenna miniaturization with attitude sensor and the communication mode design.While solving those three problems,we promoted the both practicability and reliability of the system of buoys-satellite communication.In this thesis,we designed a buoy communication control system based on ARM control panel,which is used to control the consumption of power of each modules and their data communications with each other.With embedded Linux system,we achieved a power supplement system supplying the different modules in different time,which can also switch the work patterns for control system.Furthermore,we also realizes the transmission of data and command between the modem board,Beidou/GPS module,power management module and ARM control panel.We suggested to optimal performance of satellite communications by using MEMS attitude sensor in this thesis with which could figure out the attitude of buoy.By controlling the wave beam based on the information of attitude,we can reduce the demand of antenna beam width and even power consumption to achieve an acceptable performance.Based on the simulation of GMSK modulation-demodulation with waveform ROM and one bit differential demodulation,a GMSK transmitter on FPGA is designed.We described some difficulties and key points while achieving the transmitter,which was verified by experiment in the end.The study and experimental validation results of the key technology of buoy-satellite communication system have the referential value in the research of low power consumption and miniaturization communication buoy.In addition,it also accumulate precious experiences in communication buoy and its development in practical engineering.
