People's quality of life is constantly improving,and their health awareness is gradually increasing.The development of healthy behavioral habits is the foundation for training physical and mental health and preventing diseases.As a transition from a youthful period in which restraint regulations are strong to a period of self-management strengthening,the group of college students is an extremely important habit-forming age in life,and the current college students' health level is seriously low.Therefore,the development and promotion of college students' health behaviors are imminent.This project is designed based on the difficulties in the development of users' health behaviors,and analyzes the coupling of gambling design and healthy behavior development,and establishes its feasibility.Involvement in the design of healthy behavioral development through gamification design concepts,strengthen the value recognition of healthy behaviors among college students,enhance the emotional experience of the participation process,and promote the healthy behavior of college students in a more input-oriented manner in the positive direction and long-term maintain.Through quantitative questionnaire surveys,the users' needs of health behaviors cultivation and their preferences for gamification mechanism elements were understood.Based on the DMC gamification structure theory,the role-based scene processing,quantitative data feedback,and challenges were summarized.Rewards,social interactions Four kinds of gamification methods for the development of specific college students'health behaviors were applied in the "custom town" app design and validated their feasibility for design optimization.The game-based design of college students' healthy behaviors needs to effectively combine the game mechanism and elements with the needs of the undergraduates in order to meet the needs of the healthy development of college students in order to meet the core driving forces of game design.This helps college students better understand the value of their own healthy behaviors and gamification,in order to form an active and healthy lifestyle.This design introduces gamification methods and theories into the health field and promotes behavioral design,expands the application field of gamification design,and provides experience for the application of gamification in other fields.It has a reference value.
