Nowadays,culture has become the soft power of local development and more and more receives takes.Local cultural shows fresh vitality and creativity because of the history,the region,the humanities and the cultural characteristics what the local cultural possess.The dissemination of local characteristic culture plays an important role in promoting local politics and economic development.Local characteristic culture is a group of thoughts,ideas,behaviors,customs and habits formed in a certain period of time.And it concludes everything that radiated by the collective consciousness of this group.Local cultural communication can enhance local cultural awareness and sense of belonging,meanwhile manifest the local charm in a wider space as well as gain more developmental motivation sequentially.At present,the communication environment is increasingly abundant,thus emerge in endlessly what the form and measure of local culture communication.The TV program focuses on the dissemination of local characteristic culture which some of them are high-profile and influence greatly.It also combining the setting of columns with content development and local culture,it consequently achieved better market efficiency that makes the TV program more cultural implication and more dynamic.At the same time with the hot broadcast of some phenomenal TV programs,the local culture has attracted more attention.Consequently drive the development of local economy and culture.Therefore,TV programs could still be valuable for the local cultural communication.Among some programs,“Where are we going,dad?” is popular for high ratings and creative programs that become the TV program to spread local characteristic culture important model as a medium of communication with exploration in highlighting local cultural aspects constantly and made a lot of fruitful attempts.So we in order to the TV program “Where are we going,dad?” as sample.So we summarize the main features of typical TV programs in local culture communication in order to the TV program“Where are we going,dad” as sample what the theory from mass communication function,collated and analyzed from the aspects of communication subject,content of communication,expression mode and audience psychology,the communication performance of local characteristic culture in the column,also mainly analyzes the natural landscape,food culture,folk house style,dialect characteristics,local dress,life customs,folk art and so on.Meanwhile,the richness and complexity of local culture and limitations of TV programs makes the appearance and symbolization tendency of local characteristic culture transmitted by the TV programs.And the TV programs are tend to focus on recreation,light culture,economic benefits and social benefits are caused by the current communication environment.It becomes the focus of our thinking what the points how to inject the strong creativity of local characteristic culture into the development of the TV program,how to combine the popular and popular column to better disseminate local characteristic culture.On this basis,we put forward some suggestions of solving the problem,the TV programs should bear the social responsibility of spreading Chinese excellent culture,to promote the concept of local cultural communication in program positioning and planning as an important medium of communication,as well as explore the connotation of local culture deeply,and emphasize the satisfaction of the needs of the audience's cultural experience consequently promote the dissemination of local characteristic culture preferably.
