With the thorough going development of Information Technology in education, Special Educationer is working hard for the road of informational development. The key to development of Information Technology in special education is construction of resources. Listening barrier childhood education is the important composing of special education. The language teaching and language training to listening barrier children is the special educational task. It is important meaning to design and develop the campus network teaching resources of the language training in school for deaf-mutes.The construction of the campus network teaching resources of the language training in School for deaf-mutes is based on the needs of special education, is instructed to systematical the theoretical, following the technique criterion of country issuance.
