The Study About Organizational Function Of The Association Of American Publishers

The publishing industry is a traditional industry that records and spreads national culture,and is also the product of national economic development.we need the national government macroeconomic regulation and the self-discipline management of the industry to continue the pursuit of the perfect combination of economic and social benefits,To establish a social environment conducive to the development of the publishing industry,so as to lay good foundation for the prosperity of the publishing industry.Based on this,this article attempts to analysis the research object of the Association of American publishers.To analysis the AAP which is relatively developed organization in the publishing industry,mainly talk about the management pattern,self-discipline and social supervision,etc.Based on the present situation of the publishing industry in China,I hope we can learn from the related experience,and learn to find the way to show the organizational function of the publishing industry.In this paper,I talked about the distinction and definition of the publishing industry and the industry association,it summarized the organization characteristics and basic functions of the association,it introduced the developing situation and the development history of the AAP.This paper also analyzed the main service project and the daily work of the AAP.Finally,this paper summed up the enlightenment to China's publishing industry association from several aspects.I hope we can do it better to improve the management system of the publishing industry association and strengthen the function of publishing industry association endorsements,to perfecting our country's publishing industry association of industry standards and strengthen the communication between the association and enterprise from several aspects.
