With the rapid development of next-generation technologies such as cloud computing,wearable smart devices,and mega data,all areas of health care,such as disease prevention,diagnosis,monitoring,treatment,and health care,will be fully opened up with a new intelligent era.According to the field survey and analysis,the functions of the platforms used by some community medical service centers in China are relatively single and vary in form.Paper health records still exist and require computerized information management.Moreover,the traditional community medical and health department still adopts an independent-structured medical service system,which results in a relatively low level of business information sharing among communities and within the community,and a high construction and maintenance cost.At the same time,some communities lack telemedicine services based on networking and technical means,and do not have a medical information platform that processes and analyzes the vital signs of residents.This article took ECG signal transmission,processing,and implementation as an example to design and implement Community medical information platform that can process and analyze residents' physical signs.This design adopts improved wavelet threshold filtering algorithm and wavelet threshold detection algorithm to process ECG signals,and designs a community medical information platform with remote monitoring,automatic initial diagnosis of ECG,ECG data information management,and file information management functions.ECG data acquisition,ECG data transmission,storage and ECG signal analysis and processing.The improved wavelet threshold function has a smooth transition region,which can adjust the constant deviation between smoothness and wavelet coefficients of the denoised signal by adjusting the values of different parameters,which is more consistent with the continuity of the natural signal.The algorithm is simple and the operation speed is fast.Compared with the traditional wavelet threshold filtering method,the improved wavelet threshold algorithm has an average SNR of 53.7047 after filtering the ECG signal,and the average MSE is as low as 0.0352.The filtering effect has been significantly improved.This paper combines the existing pilot areas and puts forward the overall design plan of community medical information platform for the actual needs of community medical information platform.Under the MyEclipse+Tomcat development environment,the community medical information platform was developed using the SSM architecture technology based on Java EE platform.Using MySQL as a database management system,the design of the database part was completed,and the unified storage and management of the basic information and health information of the community residents was realized.Java,as an object-oriented programming language,is suitable for network and Internet environments.It combines Java and MATLAB for mixed programming and application to community medical information platform.It uses the theory of filtering and detection of ECG signals to analyze and process residents' ECG data.,Give full play to the advantages of MATLAB and Java cross-platform.This article applies the Java Builder component encapsulated ECG algorithm in MATLAB to the platform through Java programming,and realizes the filtering and detection of ECG signals and the diagnosis of abnormal measurement results on the platform.Ideas.At the same time,a remote monitoring module has been designed to enable smart handheld wristbands and other portable ECG monitoring devices to collect the residents' ECG information.Through Android smart mobile terminals,wireless communication is used to transmit residents' real-time ECG data information to community medical care.Information platform,and for persistent storage,ECG algorithm analysis and processing,to achieve a portable device and telemedicine program,providing community users with intelligent services.The platform was tested,each function module was stable,and functions such as transmission,preservation,and display of ECG data were normal.The interface was friendly to meet the design requirements and achieved the design goals. |
