In recent years,the development of Internet technology and social networking media has promoted the evolution of knowledge production and the spread of cultural programs,and content production has become more open.Benefiting from the rapid development of the Internet,the rapid development of the dissemination of ecological environment,video content between the fierce competition between the content of the web site,the audience's intrinsic demand for high-grade programs catalyzed the development of knowledge-based programs.The knowledge-based network talk show program that is in line with the characteristics of online media broke out in a few short years and formed a new phenomenon of cultural communication.Research on the content planning of the talk show of knowledge-based networks helps to explore the creation of the characteristics and rules of web video content creation.This article uses literature research,quantitative analysis,content analysis and other research methods to sort out the composition,modules,processes and effects of content planning for knowledge-based network talk show programs;on the basis of capturing existing literature,select typical programs and create interviews personnel.This article thinks that the content planning of the knowledge-based network talk show program focuses the program theme on a specific point and selects material around this point to formulate the corresponding program content.This kind of program pays more attention to the host's IP resource mining.The host becomes the hub of the connection between the audience and the program.The focus of the audience is the host first,followed by the program.The director of the program is weak in the content planning.The process of the production is centered on the host.The editing and production of the program is based on the technical condition of the new media and the viewing habits of the network users.Through the effect research,it is found that the content planning of this kind of program is very significant in shaping the brand of the program,enhancing the image of the host,improving the commercial value of the program and the host,and the effect of social communication.In terms of communication strategies,based on the characteristics of the new media,network-based talk show programs show richer content presentation methods than traditional media programs.Finally,due to limitations of the author's research ability and other objective factors,this article suffers from certain deficiencies due to the impact of data collection from programs,incomplete sample interviews,and less research domain literature.
