Patrol work refers to the staff walking or driving in some important areas,and handling emergencies in time.It is of great significance to prevent illegal acts and maintain social order.When encountering emergencies,the commanding team could respond promptly to the patrol work and arrive quickly the scene,and deal with the incident as early as possible.More often,in tracking the clue of the case,the staff are in a state of change at any time.When reporting with the remote command group,it is difficult to get the real time position.and easy to cause the police force can not arrive at the spot reinforcements.Aiming at this problem,a remote patrol management system is designed and implemented to achieve real-time linkage between tracking and actual work,which is of great significance for improving the level of information operation.This paper takes police patrol work as the research background,and analyzes the work requirement of patrol system first.According to the actual application requirements,the overall design scheme of the patrol system is put forward,and the software and hardware platform of the patrol system is built.The STM32F4 main control chip is used in the patrol mobile terminal.The software design is developed with KEIL MDK5 compiled environment.Secondly,the two kinds of errors in the whole system are analyzed.That is,the positioning error of the mobile terminal and the coordinate deviation caused by the map encryption on the remote management platform.The Kalman filtering algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of location data drift,and the system model and observation model are established.The simulation and analysis of the model and filtering algorithm is done through the MATLAB platform.The original latitude andlongitude data collected by the positioning module are filtered.It can be obtained from the simulation results that the trajectory of the Kalman filtering is convergent to the true trajectory of the target,and the positioning accuracy is improved.The database correction algorithm is proposed to solve the deviation caused by the Baidu Map Encryption on the management platform by constructing the local feature database.Then,we use the Myeclipse development tools and MySQL database to design and develop the remote patrol management platform,and the response bootstrap and SSM structure is adopted in the interface.The local server can be mapped to the local server through the "inner network penetration" function of the peanut shell.Finally,the joint debugging of the software and hardware modules of the patrol system is carried out.Experiments show that the mobile terminal can collect and upload data;remote information management platform can complete the real-time positioning data receiving and storage,historical view,messages and other functions,can be completed on the multi group multi terminal management and scheduling patrol prevention work.After filtering,the tracking performance of the system is improved,and the positioning coordinates processed by the correction algorithm can be correctly calibrated to the Baidu map.The designed system runs steadily and has good compatibility,and meets the basic work requirement.
