| The patrolling work of the oil field is essential to reduce the rate of breakdown and to secure the safety of production. Devastating safety accidents would be caused due to the incomplete work of the patrol staff, and therefore, the top priority must be given to the sufficient and effective supervision on the patrol staff's work.In order to avoid the disadvantages in the current patrolling system, this project has measured to make research on and realization of the hand-held patrol terminal based on GPS, which combines the GPS localization technology and GSM network communication technology together. The accurate localization information of the station of oil field could be achieved through the GPS technology then be sent back to the supervision department by text messages. This real time supervision on the patrol staff effectively guarantees the normal patrolling work.Based on the research on the principle of the GPS, this paper firstly offers the general design program of the patrol terminal in accordance with the rules of single chip microcomputer system. Secondly detailed design of the system hardware and software is made with the system functional requirement: the hardware are mainly composed of single chip microcomputer(the MSP430 series of the TI company are adopted to reduce the power consumed overall), GPS module, GSM module, USB interface module and the storage module; with the C language as the programming language and the IAR Embedded Workbench as the development platform, the software respectively realizes the programming modules of system initialization, GPS information collection, GSM text message sending, USB interface communication and patrol data storage and so on. Finally, brief introduction is made to the background management system including the background database design and the program design.Besides, this paper also specifically states the anti-interference measures adopted during the hardware and the software designing. |
