In 2006,micro video concept arose;in 2013,"Weishi" and "Miaopai”were put on the line;in 2014,"Meipai" and "WeChat video" have appeared.The first year of the short video's outbreak was in 2016.By 2017,China Mobile short video users reached to 242 million.The capital market of short video has absorbed money over ten billion,there is no doubt that mobile short video has become an important scene of netizens consumption era of artificial intelligence,its development and penetration has exceeded the original expectations and control.It can be said that the meaning of mobile short video has gone beyond the communication itself,but has been migrating to every field and aspect of social life,and has become a cultural,economic and social phenomenon and existence,which has a subtle,lasting and far-reaching impact.From short video to mobile short video,the content becomes more and more strongly dependent on the carrier.Thus,the mobile short video is more closely integrated with the recommendation algorithm.Convenience of communication,individualization of information and interaction of consumption are the prominent features of mobile short video transmission,and the fragmentation of content and the difficulty upgrading of interest acquisition are the differences between the short video and the text or long video.Therefore,starting from researching the basic problems of mobile short video,this paper summarizes the emergence,concept,classification and propagation characteristics of mobile short video,which is an introduction to its external representation.Then analyze mobile short video algorithm,the core of this research object,by philosophy of technology,with the main point of value theory and technology of tools,such as technology increment and autonomy,dualism,determinism of technology,environmental construction theory,from 5 aspects of the algorithm logic,the main body of dissemination,dissemination of content,the audience and communication effect,doing a brief introduction of various subjects and links of mobile short video algorithm with taking "Xigua video" as an example.With the outbreak of a series of social adverse events such as "maiden mother"and "Kuso Red Classics",the mobile short video has gradually become the hardest hit area of regulation.Vulgar problems,the deviation from the content of the title,information narrowing and content homogenization are all obstacles to further development of mobile short video.Since I practiced in the mobile short video industry in May 2017,I have seen and heard a lot of problems and have a lot of feelings.As for mobile short video development,content distribution(i.e.,algorithmic recommendation in the era of artificial intelligence)is the primary cause,and the production of content is secondary,so if not exploring these two both deeply can't reach the truth.We must admit that the technological and technological results are of one nature.We can't split the technology phenomenon,only retain its useful aspects,and reject its harmful aspects.Therefore,by studying the algorithm of short video recommendation,I hope that we can deepen the understanding and practical application of balancing algorithm and manpower in short video operation,and further explore the causes and countermeasures of the existing problems of mobile short video.Under the impetus of the external subjects,such as the state,the content creator,the citizen and so on,this paper,based on the enterprise perspective,puts forward an experimental scheme for the sustainable development of mobile short video from the direction of audit,new content distribution,artificial push,algorithm model training and so on.
