Nowadays,with the increasing popularity of smartphones,the speed and cost of mobile networks are getting faster and faster,and the format of shared information between people is changed from text to picture,and at last changed to the short video.On the one hand,short video greatly reduces the production cost of ordinary users.On the other hand,short video takes advantage of the fragmentation time of modern Internet users and reduces the viewing cost of users.Therefore,short video applications have been welcomed by a large number of Internet users.And the most important function of short video application is to share,through the sharing of short video to establish or strengthen the social relationship of Internet users.What we have developed here is a short video sharing website based on UGC,which helps users share their own short videos,provides various social interaction functions such as comment on sharing videos,etc.At the same time,through short video recommendation,users can watch videos of their own interest and expand social relations.The work of this paper mainly includes the following parts: Firstly,this paper investigates the background of UGC short video sharing website,chooses our specific technology according to the specific scene of UGC short video sharing website,then carries on the related demand analysis to UGC short video sharing website,and finally based on the corresponding demand analysis.We mainly use Django framework in Python to develop short video sharing website.At the same time,we use data mining method to recommend short videos for users.It helps users not only to see their friends' short videos,but also to see their interesting short videos and share their praises.
