With the rapid development of the industrial revolution,environmental protection has become more and more important.Environmental monitoring work and environmental protection work are inextricably linked.Environmental monitoring can provide scientific data to guide environmental protection work and can provide feedback and supervision on the results of environrmental protection work.However,with more and more environmental monitoring projects,more and more areas,relying solely on the government to build an environmental monitoring system,to complete all environmental monitoring work has become unrealistic,the Ministry of Environmental Protection proposed that environmental monitoring needs the power of socialization Requires third party monitoring company's participation.Currently,many environmental monitoring tasks begin to implement outsourcing mechanisms.However,unsupervised outsourcing tends to cause fraud in environmental monitoring data,non-standard monitoring processes,and insufficient effectiveness of monitoring results.Under the current background of Internet+,this paper proposes to use scientific and technical means to supervise the monitoring process of third-party monitoring companies,improve the level of environmental monitoring personnel,and improve the ability of environmental protection.The Sampling Fine Management System built in this article incorporates technologies such as the Internet of Things.Android.Bluetooth,and NFC.It consists of three parts:an embedded security transport box,an Android handset,and a management website.Embedded transport box is mainly used to transport collected samples,built-in electronic lock and its drive circuit to ensure the safety of the transfer process,built-in control circuit and GPS module.Bluetooth module,can record the trajectory of sample transport.and can communicate with the Android handset.The Android handset includes two parts:the sampling handset and the acceptance handset.The sampling handset is taken by the sampling personnel to the sampling site to record the sampling process,the data collected by the sampling terminal is sent to the server via the network.The acceptance terminal handset is accepted by the acceptance personnel in the laboratory for the collected samples.It can communicate with the embedded transfer box to unlock and receive GPS files.The GPS files,acceptance results and other data are sent to the server for storage.The management website mainly reviews the sampling process and transportation trajectory,and supervises the work of the third-party monitoring company.If there is any sampling process that does not conform to the specifications,it can directly propose improvements to ensure the validity of the monitoring report data.The management website adopts the popular SSM framework in the industry.The handset development platform adopts the open source Android operating system.The database adopts a free and open source MySQL database.The selection of development technologies selects a mature framework to ensure the advanced and stable system.It facilitates the rapid on-line and post-development iteration optimization of the project.There are three innovation points in this system.First,the use of an embedded security transport box to solve the problem of monitoring the sample during transport to ensure the safety of the sample transport process.Second,by using the sampling end and the receiving end of the handset to record the sampling and acceptance process,ensuring the specification of the sampling process and the acceptance process so that the sampling and acceptance process of the sample can be restored later.The use of this system by third-party environmental monitoring companies can improve the work level of employees and ensure the effectiveness of monitoring' reports.Third,the function of modularization,through the division into multiple modules,so that later on with only a slight modification can be applied to other industries or processes that need to be monitored,post-application widely.
