Research And Analysis On Expressway Environmental Monitoring Management System Of Yunnan Traffic Environment Monitoring Cente

Since the three plenary session of the eleven plenary session,China's social economy has entered a new era of development with the spring breeze of reform and opening up,and the rapid development of China's high-speed traffic has improved.In the Provincial Department of transportation planning and transportation construction in Yunnan will reach a peak in the "13th Five-Year" period.However,the problem is the large number of highway projects in construction,will bring a series of influence on the project along the affected area of the environment,traffic environment monitoring center station of Yunnan Province as the hall of Yunnan province traffic below in Yunnan Transportation Research Institute established specialized departments,should actively serve the traffic for the highway project construction in Yunnan province contribute.The current traffic environment monitoring center of Yunnan province including the study of monitoring and management system of the expressway environment other environmental monitoring stations in China are still at the primary stage of the vast blank stage,monitoring and management of monitoring and management of freeway most still remain in the manual arrangement of monitoring tasks.Therefore,this paper puts forward the research and analysis of this system.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of traffic of Yunnan Province Environmental Monitoring Center Station at present,according to the analysis of the system's business requirements,functional requirements,database,using the idea of object oriented,based on UML(Unified Modeling Language)and database technology,separately from the monitoring plan and monitoring preparation,on-site monitoring,laboratory testing,monitoring results,the formation of the basic data management,system management and other seven modules of environment monitoring and management system of traffic environment monitoring center of Yunnan province to carry out research and analysis.The first chapter is the introduction part,introduces the traffic of Yunnan Province Environmental Monitoring Center Station of environmental monitoring of expressway project management system background and the related situation and related work;of business processes were analyzed by the second chapters in the third chapter activities;using the package,use case diagram to conduct functional analysis;the fourth chapter using the abbreviated diagram,entity class diagram and database table,this paper studies on the system to provide data support;finally,the paper summarizes related work in the next step of work is prospected.
