The Design And Implementation Of Parcel Receiving Business Management System For The Postal Express Delivery

With the rapid development of the Internet era,online shopping has become more and more popular,and the demand for postal services has also increased.China Post Group Corporation gradually realized that the current management mechanism of the company could not meet the growing demand for business.The traditional management model does not integrate the operations of receiving,sending,and returning,but it is a decentralized operation.The data cannot be well integrated and the statistics and arrangement of information cannot be performed.Faced with this situation,the company decided to design and implement a postal parcel delivery service management system for the sake of unified management,improved management mode,and improved work efficiency,so as to implement the informational management of mail parcels' receiving and sending services.The postal parcel delivery service management system mainly uses the Java programming language and uses the B/S architecture as the infrastructure.It is displayed in the web interface.At the same time,in order to make the project design level clear,easy to develop and maintain,it refers to the MVC model,and uses Spring,Struts and Hibernate technology,and SSH framework for development and design.The technical architecture of the system is mainly divided into three layers:control layer,service layer and physical layer.The three-tier architecture uses the idea of encapsulation layering to reduce the degree of coupling.This will allow the developed system to be more flexible and the system's scalability will be greatly improved.Considering data stability and security,we decided to use SQL Server 2015 to implement a database management system.The postal parcel delivery service management system mainly fulfills four functions:receiving and dispatching operations,sealing operations,return operations,and statistical inquiries.Among them,the function of receiving and sending jobs has completed sweeping,receiving,receiving,binding,receiving,importing and receiving,one-and-a-half-multiple,mail checking,mailing list,retail collection,and mail checking(for individual investors);the function of the hair-sealing job is to complete the mail-sealing,parts-out,mail transfer,mail reception,balance closure,general package sealing query,prefabricated bag printing,general package processing,road order processing,and network transportation inspection;the function of returning the job completed the relocation of the cancellation order,cancellation confirmation,return receipt,return registration,and address correction;the statistical inquiry function completed statistics on the organization's receiving volume,the statistics of the receiving and sending personnel's business volume,the statistics on the volume of mail receiving and sending,and the statistical analysis report on withdrawing singles and returns.From the standpoint of company interests,the use of the postal parcel delivery service management system to manage the company's business can improve the company's work efficiency,reduce management costs,and improve the company's operation and management model.From the perspective of employee benefits,it can provide more effective methods and methods for employees' work,as well as train employees' information operation skills and enhance their own value.
