The main force of land transport--rail transport is one of the most important arteries of our national economy. There will be 3 trillion Yuan of capital investment on the railway industry during the twelfth five-year plans. Rail transport ion is the major solution to domestic freight and passenger task for a long time. Rail transport ion itself requires higher aggregate and it distributes wide geographic area, it's a integration of transport mode. Rail transportion requires not only vehicle, locomotive, power and other departments to work together, but also need worker, machine, environments, hardware and software to coordinate with each other. In order to complete transport tasks safely and effectively, railway transport-related sectors need to cooperate at a higher degree and work closely together. Rail transport-related sectors will suffer great pressure duo to "mission impossible"--- too many passengers and piled high with freight needs to be delivered within shot time. Stuff who works at major railway stations will finish most passenger and freight transportation tasks, they surely will under unbelievable pressure comes from daily working.Our country puts more resources on high-speed EMU trains after 6 times based on the full range of great speed to meets the requirements of needs of the development of our national economy right the moment and in the future. As a result of higher speed, rail transportation getting faster and faster Higher speed requires higher security of rail transportion,the safety of transportin must be guaranteed.Benefitted by the vigorous development of computer communication technology, people uses modern information technology to rebuild the railway operation system to improve the effectively of rail transportion, it performs well. The railway station information operate systems existing can only transfer working information to a indoor computer, those information systems can not share information of their owe widely.In this paper, we will build a embedded system to deliver/receive rail station operate-related information by using a hardware platform build with Samsung 6410 cpu, wifi card and other concerned chips to this system will connected through WLAN of station. We will use C/S structure to build the whole system, PC will be took as server, real-time Sending and receiving trains, passenger information will be delivered to workers who need it to operate directly and quickly by WLAN network. By using the system, mistakes caused by human factors will be reduced directly, as a result of that, the security of rail transportation operation will be improved.
