With the continuous development of the economy,the business becomes more and more complicated,and the requirements for information systems are getting higher and higher.The information system changes from a data-centric structure to a model-driven process-aware information system.The business process becomes the core of the business.However,the current process-based business process management systems still have shortcomings in resource description and process adaptation.As a result,today's resources and organizational structure are constantly changing,and business people need to continuously work in many business process models.It is time-consuming and laborious to manually find and solve the wrong information in the model due to resource changes.This situation arises because resources are the necessary elements for the execution of tasks in the process,and resources and tasks have an inseparable relationship.The change of resources causes some tasks to lack necessary resources and cannot be executed.Such tasks need to be processed in the process model,ie,the process model is modified.The modeling language based on workflow network as the semantics has very weak ability to describe resources and cannot cope with the above situation.In order to enable the above situation to be solved efficiently and stably with the help of the information system,two problems need to be solved:(1)Creating a modeling language that contains complete information about resource and task relationships so that the process model built contains complete resource information.When a resource change causes a task in the process model to fail to be executed,the model can automatically detect the task that needs to be processed,that is,realize "resource awareness";(2)Defining adaptive behavior semantics based on modeling language to provide business people with appropriate modification operations.This paper summarizes and follows the general method of modeling language extension,and extends the resource description of the workflow network to obtain the syntax and semantic definition of the resource-aware workflow net(RAWF-net).A calculation method for the relationship between resources and tasks was performed to achieve resource awareness on the model.In addition,this paper defines the soundness of RAWF-net,and defines the adaptive behavior semantics of the model when the soundness of RAWF-net caused by resource changes is no longer satisfied;and discusses the syntactic and semantic correctness constrains of adaptive behavioral semantics.The above work forms the semantic foundation of general modelling language in resource awareness and semantic extension of its adaptive behavior.Further,this paper extends resource awareness and adaptive behavior semantics to BPMN(Business Process Modeling Notation),obtains RA-BPMN syntactic definition and its adaptive behavioral semantics,and uses Induced RAWF-net to complete the semantic verification of RA-BPMN model.Finally,the process model metadata extension work is completed on the Activiti system platform and algorithms are designed to implement RA-BPMN model soundness verification and adaptive behavioral semantics.
